Order a part and they advise it will take 7 days to deliver , call them 10 working days after the order been submitted and they said it will take other 4-5 days as it is with deliver company, and they aren’t unable to provide tracking number , first and last order for me , the main dealer ordered from Germany and deliver to my work shop in 2 working days
Ordered a front bumper which arrived damaged. Sent images as requested. No reply on email or phone. Absolute garbage.
4 weeks delivery time.... rubish.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, I’m presuming with the lack of professionalism and time taken that this is a drop shipping company. Had to end up getting a refund via PayPal, as parts came badly damaged. Communication was dire at best!
I got on radiator week ago unfortunately that one wrong I contacted to them many times for the return but they not responding
