Did not receive what I wanted and got charge $300. Tried to contact but didn’t want to answer the phone it only been a week and my braids are unraveling. Do not book. Got a style completely different than what I ask and want even answer to phone to try a fix the problem.
I wish I could write zero stars. Rating one star because I booked an appointment well in advance to have braids done for my wedding. When I arrived (5 minutes early by the way), her salon was locked and dark. I figured she just hadn’t arrived yet and maybe I was the first appointment for the day. I was wrong. After calling once and waiting 15 minutes, I again called both her numbers multiple times and received no answer. I made an appointment for my daughter on their website 2 weeks in advance for 11:00AM on 10/12. My daughter gets there and the salon is locked and dark. She calls the phone numbers several times and goes straight to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I saw another review where the braider was a no call, no show but decided to give this place a chance because it’s so close to my house. Never again, I’d rather drive the hour to get to my old braider who I trust and have built relationship with.
I had an amazing experience getting my braids done! The stylist was so skilled and patient, making sure every braid was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The braids turned out exactly how I wanted, with great attention to detail and care for my hair. I’ve been getting compliments nonstop, and they still look fresh! If you’re looking for beautiful, long-lasting braids in a comfortable setting, this is definitely the place to go!
Service was immaculate! My sister and I both love our knotless braids. They are lightweight and it did not take her long at all
