Delicious bagels and friend staff! We stopped on our way to the New Haven train station on Friday morning and it was hopping but they cranked out the orders. One BEC bagel, one bagel with cream cheese and two large iced coffees for under $20- that's a good deal! Everything was so good

I got blocked on instagram after giving kind and honest feedback about the use of AI. I am disappointed that a small family run business would respond in this manner. I didn’t plan to stop frequenting the business because of AI alone but their response of blocking me shows they aren’t open to conversation and they don’t value customer feedback. Extremely disappointed.
Best bagel shop we've found anywhere in New England! Delicious bagels, great coffee, creative special sandwiches, and extremely friendly staff. We've been coming at least once a week for the last 2+ years, and I don't think they've ever once messed up anything about an order. Also love the weekly jokes and AI art they post to announce the weekly specials!
