I had a very disappointing experience with this automotive shop. They held onto my car for weeks without providing any detailed updates. When I asked to speak with a mechanic for more information, I was not allowed to speak with one. The clerk was extremely unprofessional, even hanging up on me when I asked for more information on my car. She walked off from me mid sentence saying she’s not going to talk to me. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.
I was stuck in traffic on I-35 and passed this auto repair shop. I looked up their number online and called to get a o2 sensor replaced. Lucky they had same day availability and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Michi was so friendly and personable I would recommend this place and have already for repairs.
Do NOT buy a car from this dealer!! I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze that had an engine leak within the first 25 miles of driving it, took it to A&M, they supposedly fixed it but then car overheated on side of the road within the next 40 miles of driving it and it needed to be towed off the highway. After A&M repaired it but failed to provide a report of what was fixed, I took the car to a 4.8 star rated automotive repair shop to verify if the vehicle was repaired. I went to a &m after searching for what seem like forever for a new vehicle, when I first called I spoke with Isaiah, He was super polite and professional over our phone conversation and even tho I had almost a million questions he had a answer for everything! I finally went in and that day was driving away in my new SUV ,I LOVEEEE . THANK YOU ISAIAH AND A&M!!! WIll definitely refer and be back on any new vehicle I need!!!!
