This clinic has serious administrative and care-coordination problems. We waited six months just to receive a call back to schedule the initial appointment. During that time, I repeatedly called because there was no proactive communication from the clinic. On multiple occasions, staff stated that required documentation (labs, imaging, referral paperwork) had not been received. This was incorrect. Staff are great but very overworked. R I Hospital needs to hire more staff to care for patients properly. Things like messages and test results sometimes fall through the cracks. You need to stay on top of things or there is a good chance you may be forgotten about.
