Royce McKnight is the owner. He installed a roof on the Family Dollar Store in Dillon, SC. He hired me to install black seamless gutters on the entire building after he installed the new roof. Well the “New “ roof leaked all into the store in numerous area due to a terrible installation of the “New Roof “. So since Royce did a shabby job he is claiming he didn’t get paid, so he refuses to pay me! The employees at the Family Dollar Store say the gutters are the only thing installed correctly !!
Dishonest and the owner Royce McKnight is a scammer. I will be taking legal action.

I am so elated with my deck. I was skeptical at first because of a bad experience with another company, but I must say that I am impressed with the level of professionalism and how well the project manager Eric, and Royce communicated with me throughout entire project and process. I was also pleased with the builder app they used. They sent messages, uploaded the plans, building schedule, my invoices, etc. The timeliness and quality of work performed was impeccable.
