Alyx was an amazing realtor to work with as first time home buyers. We were really struggling to find what area fit us best, how much we were willing to spend, what kind of house we’d want and not only was she patient but she found us our dream home. We were able to get $5,000 below asking price, 3% concessions, $5,000 in repairs towards our home, and we’ve since used all the vendors she’s recommended to us and we’ve loved them as well.
