Tracey has a heart of gold. We have a very busy schedule and she stayed open late just to accommodate us. She even offered to open on a Sunday so my daughter could try on prom dresses. Our appointment was very enjoyable, and Tracey went out of her way to cater to my daughter’s needs. She knows her product and is there for the customer 100%.
I got my prom dress in October 2024 for my June prom in 2025. Right away the staff were amazing. They carried so many sizes and im a midsize girly, so I was already nervous. I live in New Brunswick (very important.) First dress picked out the dress was actually too big! So it 100% made me feel i can get a dress at Alyssa's. I got this gorgeous ellie wilde pink dress.
