Alyssa is fantastic! We had taken our 5-year-old daughter to a popular chain to get her ears pierced, but she became so uncomfortable as soon as she sat down that she asked to leave without going through with the service. Alyssa, however, was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient. She made sure we felt at ease, walked us through the aftercare process, and even provided an aftercare kit! I highly recommend Alyssa!

Definitely recommend if you want to get a new piercing. The owner was so sweet and very professional. The place was nicely decorated and clean. I also brought my son to get his ears pierced as well and he is very happy with them.
