My experience at this office was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the environment was clean and well organized. The gynecologist was attentive, compassionate, and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the care I received.
Dr.Ta delivered my first child this year. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and cares for her patients. She stays calm during emergency situations and listens to your needs. Overall, felt comfortable and well taken care of by her and her staff at her office.
Very disappointed with the level of service received. The experience was far below expectations, and what’s most frustrating is that a simple update or timely communication could have completely avoided the inconvenience. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time of 4 o'clock, I finally asked the desk staff when I would be seen, as had I shown up 10 minutes late, I would have been charged and not seen.
