Dr. Ta is responsible with her patients and can help! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I had an OBGYN Dr. from baycare tell me I couldn’t get a VBAC after my first C-Section and I was so upset and scared. I switched to Dr. Ta and not only did she say she would but she would try and make it as stress free as possible . I am soooooo glad I switched to Dr. Ta ! She’s knowledgeable and to the point. She genuinely cares. I highly recommend her and I don’t say that about many doctors.
Doctor Ta took her time and was patient with me & all of my questions.
I feel like she didn’t listened to me immediately wanted to put me on birth control and anti depressants when that’s not what I came in for she talked low and looked into space while talking sometimes seeming unsure of herself she seems very cold I won’t be back
Worst customer service ever the “nurse” or medical assistance Felicia is the rudest healthcare employee ever, she asks you if you have any concerns and just rolls her eyes if and when you answer, doesn’t acknowledge you with any type of salutations rather it be a hello or goodbye. She is demeaning and cold. Should not be a healthcare employee at all. Dr Ta is very dismissive and does not seem to care about the patient’s health or concerns.
