Alyssa did a superb job of finding me an amazing house, negotiating with the seller to get me a great deal, and walking me through the process (and thoroughly answering my many, many questions all along the way). Alyssa at Fire Island Sales & Rentals Is the best broker around! Over the years she rented our cottage and then found a family to buy it. In addition to getting the best price, she arranged and managed every detail of the purchase. Alyssa is kind, communicative, and responsible. We highly recommend Fire Island Sales and Rentals and love Alyssa!!

Alyssa was especially helpful and supportive during that first summer as we found our bearings on Fire Island. She made sure the house was well-appointed and had plenty of wonderful recommendations for services, restaurants, day trips, and excursions. We enjoyed working with Alyssa so much that we have sent many friends and famil... read more
