Dr. Hackett is exceptional. She performed surgery on both of my daughters, and before recommending surgery, she thoroughly explored and suggested alternative treatment options. I truly appreciated her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and her commitment to pursuing conservative care before moving forward with surgery.
We are so delighted that we had the opportunity to come to see Dr. Hackett. My teenaged child had so much blockage in their left ear that it was difficult to hear, but Dr. Hackett was so helpful and professional. She relived my child's issue quickly and painlessly and now my child is so happy they can hear well again. Thanks Doctor. :-P
Dr. Hackett is truly phenomenal. She performed tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies for both of my children, and also placed ear tubes for my youngest. She has always been compassionate, supportive, and incredibly gentle with the kids. You can tell she genuinely cares. She is honestly one of the best doctors we have ever had, and I am so sad that we had to change insurance and can no longer see her. She is a real gem. Highly recommend.
Dr. Hackett is amazing. I recommend her for all your kids ENT concerns.
