So happy I found this practice and Dr. Hackett! I was able to be seen by the practice asap for two concerns during the same visit: an audiologist (for a newborn hearing test follow up after the hospital one wasn't passed) and Dr. Hackett released her tongue tie. Amazing experience . Minimal wait time . Friendly staff who are great with kids . Office was clean and child friendly with great toys . Staff were so great with the kids providing them with great treats and interacting positively and patiently . Dr. Hackett was great, professional and informative . She listened and provided detailed information about our options . Our son who has special needs usually is usually petrified at his medical appointments . Dr. Hackett was my second opinion for my toddler's enlarged tonsils and adenoids. She patiently explained all the options (non-surgical and otherwise); without pushing us to choose surgery. I'm so happy I went with her and am extremely pleased with how the surgery went! She has a very calm, lovely and caring demeanor, and she's very well-informed. After the operation, my daughter was 100% better. I highly recommend her!
