Booked an appt a day in advance, waited a half hour and would have waited much longer but chose to cancel. Maybe it is a nice place, appeared clean, but I dont have the time to be there all day unfortunately, which is why I booked the appt.

I don’t recommend this place. It’s an uncomfortable environment and the customer service isn’t the best. Went with 2 kids and the techs were sighing and complaining the entire time. They said they couldn’t do my daughter’s nails without even trying. Another time I went I had booked an appointment days in advance and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before I just left.
This nail shop had employees that were rushed and distant. The customer service was lacking and felt forced. I asked for a hand file for my acrylic manicure and they said no and acted like it was not possible. She didn't listen to me or give me time to decide on my style of pink and whites. I got the hombre while looked nice but the nails were way too thick for new nails. The woman who did the pedicure barely applied pressure at all for my leg massage.
