Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing!! Booked a 60 minute couples massage via SpaDays which advertised it as including access to pool, sauna and spa. The moment I got an unprofessional text saying “reminder to call Alysium when u arrive so we can pick u up” I knew it wasn’t going to be what I expected 😂 This place is in NO WAY affiliated with Hilton, is underground in the car park (?) and by “spa facilities” they basically mean access to a very dingy, loud and busy fitness first gym pool and sauna. I want to thank Alfonso from the spa reception, who provided great customer service, was professional and went to extra mile to get me a last minute appointment. To be honest, I find that these days customers service is shocking everywhere, even in high end establishments, so dealing with Alfonso was refreshing and pleasant.

I recently visited the Hilton Hotel Alysium Spa with my mum, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While the staff were accommodating and allowed us to reschedule multiple times, the actual visit fell far below expectations, especially for a spa carrying the Hilton name. First, the cleanliness of the facilities was unacceptable. Very disappointing experience - look elsewhere; there are so many better options in Sydney! Today the company I work for organised spa treatments for some of the team; and I booked a 60 min massage & 30 min facial. The appointment started 10 mins late but finished on time (ie 10 mins early), the massage felt very rushed and was one of the worst I’ve ever had (and I have regular monthly massages); and the facial itself was super basic. The customer service was excellent, and the massage technique was so relaxing I fell asleep during the first half. However, my partner's session was interrupted several times to escort equipment from the room, and we were both woken by the sound of weights being dropped from the neighboring gym. While understandable, these interruptions slightly impacted the overall experience
