I’m from out of town. I booked online just hoping 🙏🏽 and wishing🤞🏽. I immediately received a confirmation after paying a deposit (I’m always skeptical about that!). My stylist name is Aaliyah. Salon was clean and professional. Loved how welcoming the assistant (Meka) was when I came in.
It’s a definite no for me. Service was absolutely horrible. When Alyse was told she had a client waiting she said no I don’t. I proceeded to show her my proof of booking with a deposit. She acted like she had an attitude. She rushed through my hair. I could hear my hair burning and popping with the flat irons. When she finished it did not look like a $160 ponytail. I swear a 8th grader could have done a better job. My ponytail was loose the first day. Sis needs to learn customer service skills. I will never return…please tak... read more
