Today,, our internet went down unexpectedly, we work remotely and this was a surprise. We called, and found out they were updating equipment, which is great, but a "heads up" would have be nice. Sean from Alyrica was here to change out equipment, he was so nice and professional, went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running. Kudos to Sean for job well done. In the future, it would be nice if notification could be sent prior to "planned" down time as we work remotely. Thank you. 5 stars to Sean!!!

I just had my internet installed and it works great. Brandan & Emanuel were very nice and professional and did a great job>
Brandon was our installer and he did a great job--he let me know when he'd be here and how he'd proceed. I wasn't guessing at any point in time. Plus, he managed to work around a floor install we had going on at the same time! Brandon is very professional.
Ryan Coffelt came to do my install and although he ran into a few challenges, he made sure everything was set up correctly and functioning despite having to spend 4 hours to get it done. I appreciated his help and now I'm all set.
Brandon was our installer on our recent installation. I was impressed on the entire installation process from receiving a call from Brandon prior to leaving Philomoth with an estimated arrival time at our home including his name. He quickly determined the best location for the position our antenna for the best reception. Nice work with all the exterior work. Today is May 12, 2021. Jimmy came out to troubleshoot why my internet was having issues. Not only did he do an incredible job, he went over and beyond by cutting back a large walnut tree.
