I typically steer away from chiropractors since my idea of hell is having my back cracked! However, Dr Germaine from Alyra Health is just the opposite! She uses the latest technology to provide a holistic assessment of your health including your back. The adjustments she makes are gentle and effective using a small clicking device (technical term!
