Great tires
We had a vehicle that we purchased brand new winter tires that were about $1100, great tires with steel studs. A few months later we got a staple in one tire on the sidewall which made it not fixable. We called Alyeska tire and they confirmed in person that we still had 100% tire life with 9 costs for a brand new warranty replacement. We were 100% satisfied that the warranty was honest and efficiently taken care of. Their customer service was spot on and they ordered the tire the same day. If I could give negative stars I would. I had an expensive all terrain tire that needed warrantied though Toyo, and they wanted me to purchase a new set for another 2k. These tires had about 10k miles on them, in near new condition. I’ve used these guys for years spent thousands with them, they’ve lost a customer for life. I’d spend double not to deal with their bull
They were my 2nd choice to go for a balance since the 1st place didn't fix the vibration. I got it back, and it still vibrated at 50+ mph. I then went to a 3rd place, and they told me that 3 of my rims were bent. How couldn't they tell? Maybe not watching the tires? Disappointed.
