Have used this place several times, going downhill. Brought in two new tires to be swapped over on wheels. Guy at the front desk acted like I was bothering him. The guy I carried the tires to was a angry mute that clearly hates his life and job. Get the tires home, check the pressure and they're over inflated by 20 PSI. This is literally a tire shop that can't even put the right amount of air in tires. Sad. I thought customer service is very really lacking I asked him questions and they kind of gave me answers and then ask them brother things and they said we need to do a an appointment and never offered to do an appointment though they didn't really care about anything I had to say and that's not the first time that's happened at this place
Great guys, got me in right away and fixed my tire balance issue that the mobile tire guys had gotten way off.
Take your car literally anywhere else. Midas would do a better job. Every single time I have taken my cars there to swap tires over for summer/winter they have called me with some excuse to get me to spend more money. They wanted me to buy lug nuts because they couldn't figure out how to put an SAE socket on them instead of metric. Definitely don't expect them to mount used tires, they WILL find an excuse to not do it and make you buy new ones. Reliable, I've used several locations for tire swaps. Never had any issues, staff was nce and understanding even with the massive line they had to get through.
