On the drive from to Homer from Fairbanks on a Friday afternoon in January for a kids' XC ski race, I had a sudden, catastrophic CV axle failure. I called Alyeska as I was limping my car into town, and they found a part and managed to make an appointment for Saturday. Super helpful and professional staff. I had the car repaired early on Saturday afternoon and was able to use it to enjoy Homer for the weekend with my family and drive safely back to Fairbanks on Monday. Best tires & Service. Always happy with their work! Have had mechanical done their too. BEST IN TOWN!!!
After waiting a considerable amount of time and a good deal of coordination they refused to mount my tires on two separate vehicles within two weeks, encouraging me to buy their tires instead. They also did not mark my tires, so I can not rotate them correctly. (Update) Last place around that carried the winter tires I needed, so I returned.
