Was using Alyeska tire for almost 10 years. I have bought 5 sets of tires and had all my tire changeovers get done over the years. During my most recent visit I bought my first set of spare rims. On the first day of driving maybe 10 miles 2 of my rims have huge dents in them resulting in one of my tires being flat. After I was able to get my summer tires on there with my summer rims I drove right back to Alyeska Tire to hopefully at least get replacement rims or a refund. I was denied both options. Alyeska tire has always provided me with great service and products. Until a few days ago. Winter has just set in and people are rushing to have there tires changed over. The system that is in place at Alyeska needs a little work. I understand first come first serve and that, in itself, is not an issue. Standing in line waiting for them to open their door for hours in the cold is hard anyone. Especially the elderly. Most people would rather sit in there car.
