This company provides a wonderful service, the employees are kind and knowledgeable. That being said, their outsourced billing is absolutely horrendous. I have fought with them over multiple scans, been sent to collections twice for no reason, since November 2022. I have excellent insurance with a very low max out of pocket yet now I have two collections on my credit report because they didn’t follow instructions on the EOBs sent to them. No problem with front desk staff / scheduling or with the tech who scanned me. My issue is with radiologist who doesn't read scans in a timely basis. Case in point, waiting for end of cancer PET Scan and radiologist doesn't read it in time which means Oncologist doesn't have it in time, WHICH means I continue to wait to see if my cancer nightmare is over. Combined with me having to have my Appt moved back to another day and lose another few hours of vacation time. If you want timely read radiology reports, try a different of... read more

Recently had a scan here. Can't say one negative word! The place was immaculately clean, Staff were professional, yet friendly, going the extra mile to see I was totally comfortable, both physically as well as mentally. Process was fully explained and had time to answer any questions. Would strongly recommend.
