Highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking to improve their level of fitness. I am in my 60’s and found the workout to be very doable and enjoyable. The coaches made sure I had the proper equipment before the workout and were super encouraging throughout.
Alyatt Crossfit checks a lot of boxes for me. It's the perfect antidote to my sedentary tech job and compliments my already active lifestyle at middle age. I’ve been going here for about little over 8 months and I have loved it. It’s my first time trying CrossFit and all of the coaches have been so helpful and all of the other members are very friendly. HIGHLY recommend!!!
