This practice is a joke. I called the Jersey office to make an appointment for an iron infusion at the Staten Island location since they never answer the phone and was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said they had an opening the next day. Only when I went for my appointment I was informed it was actually for the next day. I don’t know which office is worse - NJ seemed rather incompetent while SI never answered the phone. The worst Dr to go to . The waiting time is unbelievable. Even if you come on time, you would have to wait for 2 to 3 hours to see Dr. Aly for 5 minutes
I have been a patient of this office since 2019 and can state unequivocally that both the Doctors and staff are among the best I have ever encountered. As a World Trade Center survivor with Stage 4 metastatic cancer, every minute of my time is valuable beyond words and the Doctors and staff here most certainly recognize that.
