Apauling, the blonde receptionist who sits to the far right as you enter the practice is very rude , called Sharon, She does not listen and seems to know more than the doctors, she must have a medical degree, because she certainly acts although she has, any more examples of her disgraceful attitude, and I will certainly be reporting her.... When an elderly person does not have a smart phone why are they being told by the reception desk to download the App to make an appointment?
I need to see a diabetic nurse i book appointment this was 8 days away, had two calls today to change the appointment moved to 9 days away. 17 days in total for a appointment.
I hadn't felt well for several days and went through on a Monday morning to get some advice. Given an appointment with a Doctor that morning and he was concerned with my condition advising I should go to hospital that morning. A big thank you - After many tests at hospital they found the reason -a clot on my lung!
Practice needs general improvement. The reception staff rude and unqualified. The appointment booking system, despite being new is outdated beyond belief.
