This company was happy to take my deposit in October. Assured me that my new windows would be installed in spring. Now I cannot reach them by phone or e mail. All stores have the same outgoing message saying they are closed until 15 May. They have stolen my deposit. I do not recommend this dishonest company to anyone.
It seems the company is undergoing lots of issues and closed for many months. ( I hope they will be doing better in the future because the company is under new ownership ) I will probably go there and give more stars if they do a good job in the future. Wish them all the best
Over 3 years I've had windows put in, replacing my old wood windows. The first year, 5 windows ,all great service,installation fast and friendly. 2nd year I had 6 more put in. Noticed they were cold. I could see outdoors between where the sashes met . Ice on the vinyl. They were great sending a service guy. He said all 6 Windows sashes were cut too short and the wedges we're forgotten.
