Left for a night out and dinner with friends to come back later that night to find someone else was in our room asleep in bed. Turns out while we where gone they moved our bags out and everything we had in the fridge and booked the motel to someone else. So me and my partner where left walking around the town late at night waiting for a train or somewhere safe to wait because the motel reception wasn't open. I also had all my important medication in my bag. Not happy.

The owners are lovely and try looking out for you when you need them, clear communication and super friendly, not to mention the price is reasonable. Keep up the good work!

This place is not safe. I was originally booked to stay for three nights but left after one. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the door lock was broken. When I brought this up, I was off another room that also stank, but was refused a refund. There were children in dirty clothes sitting in the gutters, and the managers were getting drunk in the reception area. People shouting, arguing, drinking all night.
