I am only giving this 1 star so I could give a review. I am in a rental car that was rented through Hertz. The car malfunctioned and shut down on interstate 45 and brought my speeds from 80 to 35 at 345am. I immediately called Hertz who dispatched AAA and D&W Tow service was the one assigned to my case. We were told 90 mins estimated but received a text at 420am saying estimated time 45 mins. So let me start off by saying that calling a tow truck company is never really easy; you don’t know the prices and the prices you do find out seem to be extremely high — but that was not the case when I called Always Towing. Called and asked for a winch out and they preceeded to put my on hold for 15 min. I hung up and never will call back again.
