What a great business and great ambassador for Albany. I did a stupid thing to my computer and ATC pushed a button to fix the problem, all with a friendly smile. New to town but nice to know there is a trusted source for my computer repair needs.

LIKE THE OWNER SAYS FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!! Terrible service. When I called to see if he had an availability he made me feel stupid for calling, which made me hesitate to go. When I arrived to drop off my computer he barely listened to me, which again sent alarms off in my head. Then when I came to pick up my computer he was yelling at a poor old guy basically calling him dumb without actually saying ‘you’re dumb’, just berating him, it was really hard to watch.
