Called in, told me they wouldn't take my pc, told me I had an illegal copy of windows and said they would charge me to take a ddr3 pc, I guess I'm downgrading to win10

Contacted this person about a possible Chromebook repair. Was a bit taken aback by the energy and vibe he gave off over the phone...very hectic and rushed. Traveled to his shop from Corvallis and was almost immediately met with hostility, particularly after asking him to please explain further and show me (which I asked repeatedly) why this computer needed a new keyboard as funds are limited for this repair. I dropped my laptop and the screen cracked, even though was in a case! I spoke with and worked with Tim. He was fantastic at repairing my laptop screen at a very reasonable and fair price.
