My MIL aged over 70 just lost her husband of almost 60 years She has been going through the ringer with the VA and doctors and insurances and basically everything. Honest, knowledgeable, great communication and timely service. Tim knows his stuff and is dedicated to getting things fixed right. Amazing pricing for quality work and equipment. Always willing to help when he can. He has done my personal computer work for years, and now works on my tuning bussiness laptops and have never had an issue that he couldn't fix!
We have been taking our computers to Tim for the past 12 years and have always been very pleased with his service. He is very knowledgeable – we are quite sure he is “always thinking computers”- and communicates clearly so we understand what the problems are and what he needs to do to fix them. Couple that with very reasonable rates and prompt service, and he is our go to guy for computer repairs.
They were extremely helpful with my gaming PC. I was in and out with a simple fix in less than 10 minutes!
Went in with an issue about my BIOS, gave me a clear and concise explanation and in less than 5 minutes fixed. He knew what the issue was without even looking at it. Very experienced. Due to it being such an easy fix it was free of charge. Excellent service and if I ever have any issues I will come back here.
