My first Google review ever and Always There Heat and Air deserve a great one! It's too bad I can only give 5 stars. We needed to replace our heat pump and decided to do both that and a new furnace. I got a number of estimates (but also a lot of conflicting info from different HVAC contractors). Everything from the first estimate through completion was just fantastic. Jeremy (owner) was prompt, had great ideas and knew his stuff. He was the only contractor that took it upon himself to do a "J" report and actually quote the proper sized equipment...everyone else just matched what I had which was oversized from day one. I really appreciate how quick Jeremy and his team responds to our needs. They are very professional and I can always count on them to get the Job done.
Everyone on the team was wonderful to work with. From the technicians at my house to the office filling out the necessary paperwork for warranties and rebates. Everyone was very attentive to the details. I look forward to working with Always There for my future HVAC service needs.
