Seams like he doesn't know what he's doing. Takes a long time to finish the job. It took 3 hours and three people to solder a connection and $640 out of my pocket.
Highly recommend. Great at communicating, which seems difficult in the trades industry. Jeremy, Ann, and team are very polite and friendly. The troubleshooting and service was excellent. Top notch! Will definitely use them again for all of our HVAC needs.
I do not write reviews often, but "Always There" not only has the name but the motto as well. We have done business with them for at least a decade, if not longer. Anytime we have had HVAC issues, Jeremy and his team have been there quickly. Service is professional and efficient, as well as affordable. Jeremy and his team genuinely care about their customers and do so in a top-notch manner.
