Highly recommend this company, and especially Dawson, he came out late at night for a clogged condensate line that was leaking really bad inside the house and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. Then recently we had him come out when we had an issue with our heating system and provided the same excellent service. We will continue to have them come out for any additional services and we recommend them for anyone needing heating and air service!
My first Google review ever and Always There Heat and Air deserve a great one! It's too bad I can only give 5 stars. We needed to replace our heat pump and decided to do both that and a new furnace. I got a number of estimates (but also a lot of conflicting info from different HVAC contractors). Everything from the first estimate through completion was just fantastic. He was the only contractor that took it upon himself to do a "J" report and actually quote the proper sized equipment...everyone else just matched what I had which was oversized from day one.
