Had my car serviced here this week. Very happy with the customer service provided and feedback from staff. Price was good, and car serviced in a timely manner.
Have been using Always There Automotive for the last three years. Originally at their Grovedale Workshop, when I had big trouble with a Mazda BT-50, that had contaminated fuel. The workshop manager there and the workers provided excellent service and guidance getting my vehicle back on the road and enabling me to claim the repair on my insurance. It is a very rare thing to find a mechanics you can trust...but these guys are it! Needed a new turbo in my car and at the same time had to get a new timing belt...a perfect situation for dodgy mechanics to rip you off completely, not these guys. Absolute legends! Had an issue with my car and these guys were able to squeeze me in last minute to replace the spark plugs and coil. Super quick turnaround—had my car back within a couple of hours, no stress at all. Big shoutout to Jackson, who did all the hard work and even ran around to make sure he got the exact parts needed to fix it properly. Really appreciated the effort and how easy they made the whole thing. Definitely found my new go-to mechanic. Highly recommend if you’re after friendly, fast and reliable service!
