Having been a customer with Always Smiles for many years now, very disappointed with the customer service. I booked in a Sunday appointment two weeks prior, only for the receptionist to let me know it was cancelled on arrival. She kept repeating it's my fault as I did not confirm my appointment the day before; I had urgent commitments and whilst I couldn't confirm immediately, I did at my earliest convenience! Called to book in for a teeth cleaning appointment on Thursday 2/10. Also double checked with the receptionist that they were opened on Labour Day long weekend and the receptionist said they were opened and they did have an appointment available on Sunday 5/10 at 9:30am, confirmed everything. Come Sunday morning arrived at the clinic for my appointment to find that the clinic was closed and there was a sign on the door stating they are closed on Sunday 5/10 and Monday 6/10...
