Apparently cancelling subscriptions is not something Always Shine-N does. They simply won't. Been trying for 3 months to cancel two subscriptions for two cars with no replies to repeated emails nor phone calls. Customer Service is entirely lacking. Finally got it cancelled via PayPal. Even found out the owner was very aware of my attempts to cancel the service over the last three months. Buyer beware. Sad is I did like the service but could not justify the subscription as I did not use it enough.
