This was our second time using their carpet cleaning services, and both times they did a fantastic job. When we first moved into our condo, we called them to clean and refresh all the carpets. This time, we had accidentally gotten paint on our carpet and some tile floors, so we decided to reach out again. Cesar, the technician, arrived quickly and was very professional. Let me start off by saying the whole experience was a bit uncomfortable, and odd. Me and my wife ordered a carpet cleaning service on Wednesday for $75 for the work to be done Sunday at 10am. We called to get an update at around 9am sunday and they couldn't even give us an update. Later around 3 the gentleman showed up unannounced and his demeanor was a bit weird and off. I've had my carpets cleaned by this company several times now, and I keep coming back because they always do an excellent job. With a big family, plus kids and dogs running around, we've had our fair share of spills and pet messes over the years here in Oceanside.
