ARE was one of the contractors we called when we found a leak in our water supply line from the street cutoff. They were the fastest to respond. Jon (the owner) came out and gave us a quote based on a trenchless replacement that wouldn't require heavy machine work beyond excavating the pit at the water shutoff. When that method didn't work - even after several hours of trying - they switched to a trench replacement, honored the original quote, and made sure we had water by the end of the day. Call these guys for a septic job, they are so busy and booked up, like every where else I called. So my guess was going to wait it out and put my project on hold. Left them my phone number, they call me back 3 days later, someone no call back. They came and dug it up and got it done for me. What a blessing. Thank you guys!!!! Sometime, you just have to be patient.

My review is purely based off of communicating with this company. I gave as much info about my plumbing excavating situation as I could when filling out the contact part of their webpage on June 6th. My email to contact me was attached so I figured they would reach out introducing themselves through email to get any further info. I received a one sentence email on June 13th “what address name and phone number” from Jon. No hello this is reliable excavating reaching out about your inquiry. Nothing like that. We were having problems with our septic tank, but we also had to hook up to the sewer. That morning we found water in the basement. So we called them and that afternoon they were at my house, saw the mess we had and the next day they were back at the house and by that night the septic gone and we were hooked up to the sewer. I would definitely call them If we ever have a problem we would call them again. I definitely recommend them if you are having a problem

This company is so much more than reliable! They were fast - they got the job done quickly and responded promptly to all my calls and texts. They are skilled and very knowledgeable at what they do. They are nice - we live in a world where most companies care little about their customers, this company is different!
