Always Ready sets the bar in service here on Bald Head Island hands down. Consistent top notch golf cart service at very reasonable prices. The level of care is amazing. They are invested in outstanding customer service taking the time to explain while showing you the problem. For a recent issue with our cart, Always Ready provided much better solutions than we had been told elsewhere. We have used Always Ready for over ten years, and they have always done a good job for us. You have to bear in mind there will be a mark-up for the cost of getting things to the island, but this applies to everything at BHI, it's not just Always Ready.
Went here to try to buy a simple charging cable, was told I had to go through the owners of the home I was staying at. After reading this business's response I think they still suck. They are the only option on an island and I guess do whatever they want. I understand their stance that they can do business with whoever they want but purchasing a simple cable shouldn't need authorization. If I could give zero stars I would.
I took my golf cart here to get some damage fixed, and after two days, they still didn’t have an estimate. Workers were very rude and said it would be thousands of $$; I decided to take my car over to Cary Cart, who gave me a much lower quote and had the work done in 24 hours.
