Went here to try to buy a simple charging cable, was told I had to go through the owners of the home I was staying at. After reading this business's response I think they still suck. They are the only option on an island and I guess do whatever they want. I understand their stance that they can do business with whoever they want but purchasing a simple cable shouldn't need authorization. If I could give zero stars I would.
I took my golf cart here to get some damage fixed, and after two days, they still didn’t have an estimate. Workers were very rude and said it would be thousands of $$; I decided to take my car over to Cary Cart, who gave me a much lower quote and had the work done in 24 hours.
Always Ready Carts was called for a minor cart problem on Bald Head Island. There seemed to be an intermittent electrical problem due to rain. When the technician arrived there was no problem. Nice guy, stayed about 10 minutes talking and left. Got a bill for $180.00 dollars!! Ridiculous. All calls cost $180 minimum. Nothing was done. Owner was very unpleasant.
