Apparently if you’re a family of 5 and only bring in $1400 and food stamps you don’t qualify for their “sliding fee” rates. So…basically you need to be homeless or unemployed to get help from them with fees. My tax return put me at annual average for last year 1700…but was still denied. Good luck if you’re trying to get assistance with cost here.
Tried to use the links from the site my class was due for court Saturday, i paid got the first video to load after that none of the other videos would work i contact the company via email because no one answered the phones i dont hear back for 3 days finally the email they send back is with links to the site its now too late for me past my due date and they refuse to refund me.
