I would like to advise everyone not to use the following Contractor for any home repairs: Ruben Rivera. His company name is "Always Painting" in Lockhart Texas. He came to my house to do repair work. After demanding the initial payment from me, he was asked to provide a list of the work he had done versus the hours he was claiming for any further payment. He would not do it.
