School bus south bound on sw 184 ave and Miramar Pkwy, to turn left onto Miramar, skipped the whole line of cars waiting to make a left, got to the front on the no turn lane and tried to cut off the car making a left turn. Don't know if there were kids inside, but very dangerous maneuver. Driver had glasses on and was laughing the whole time. Where do they do their hiring and do they go through background checks?

Customer service is non existent the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. I have received better customer service from a paper bag! That should not be the face of the company or the first point of contact. If you can’t deal with the public find another job better suited for your demeanor!

Just watched bus 4445 run through a red light in front of my neighborhood. Blatantly.

I did not want to put a star but then I can't post this!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves, canceling the same day of a field trip. I hope management does take this seriously and those who called out be held accountable for their actions but from the last review its as though no one cares!!! You all disappointed a lot of children today and that's just terrible!!!!
