I lived in NYC all my life and It's rare to hire a contractor and not have issues, but that was my experance with Always On. From the start on the phone with Feng Liu to completion. They provided all the nessary permits and licences which was needed for my co-op. They did the job in one day and took care to cover the floors and cleaned up after, and the split type air is working great. Thank you
