They installed a 6 zone mini-split heat pump. Very professional, from the initial estimate to after the installation. Highly recommended.
I was on the fence about getting a HVAC system but was convinced by the sales representative Akil. The best service came prior to installation when i had to reschedule because something came up. I received multiple phone calls they were attentive and courteous. This is my first winter with the system it was installed in October i would not recommend this company as they didn't do an air escape test which would show areas off potential energy loss as a result my ligjt bill is $950 monthly. i have made several phone calls send... read more
Had a unit installed in a multi-dwelling building, and all my tenants are complaining there’s no heat. It’s freezing outside, and this issue is unexpected. I called Always On HVAC five times with no response. They sent a non-English-speaking tech who told my tenants to “read the manual.” They’re quick to call when they want your business, but their service is unprofessional when you need help. I 100% regret using them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I would like to thank Alex and his team for installing nine Mitsubishi units in my house and two condenser coils. They did a wonderful job. Very professional. Once again, thank you Alex. Great job
