Picked up when i called (rang a while) was patient on the phone, went above and beyond to help, facility is very clean!
Guy says he's got a unit to rent me if this guy doesn't want it by the end if the day he would call me the next day and let me know. He never called and when I called to ask about it he still had not heard back from the guy and said he had nothing available. Wasted my time for 2 days for no reason
I reserved a unit and showed up at 2:05 with a uhaul full and they told me they closed at 2 and they cant help me . They never told me on the phone they closed at 2. Not everyone uses the website. They knew I was coming and left me stranded with a truck full stuff. Very unprofessional . I do not reccomend them due to their lack of making sure they are thorough on the phone.
