“Always locked” is actually never locked. And in their lease agreement they save themselves from any claims against them. The gate has been “broken” for weeks I’ve called, emailed and left voice messages. The best response I got was “you have the choice to leave”. So that’s what I’ll end up doing. They clearly don’t care for customer retention I’ve had my unit since November 2025, paid on time every month no issues, but my items and safety aren’t a concern of theirs and they are rude when you call and voice those concerns. This storage facility is the BEST. Clean, courteous staff, and clean bathrooms. Very secure.
Clean facility, friendly and caring staff, very flexible, accomodating and supportive!
Had storage here for four years never had a single mouse in my stuff like previously at other places.
Extremely nice staff/owner. Very quiet location. Rented for 3 years and never had an issue.
