I want to encourage anyone considering craniosacral therapy to make an appointment with Joy. I’ve worked with her for four months or so now and plan on continuing. The relief I’ve experienced both physically and emotionally for a lifelong struggle with anxiety has been transformative. For me it was the missing piece.

I needed a massage, for many reasons. Joy was able to figure out exactly what I needed on each of my last visits. She is strong and gentle. She knows her stuff! I always leave there feeling better than when I arrived.

I can't recommend Joy enough. I always feel much better after a visit. Someone recommended craniosacral therapy, it has helped me with anxiety and joint pain. Sometimes the joint pain resolves with a single session. Joy is a wonderful practitioner, she asks questions, adjusts to requests and makes one feel comfortable in her space. All her policies and ways to book are in her website and that makes setting up an appointment easy. Every time I go I leave feeling calmer and with less tension in my body.
