Always Level Docks demanded full payment in advance to remove my docks. I paid them on October 25th in good faith to remove two docks. Despite following up with Jessy four times, I was repeatedly told they would be removed “the following week.” That never happened. The docks were never pulled. Because of their dishonesty and failure to perform the work they were paid for, my docks are now frozen in the lake and will be destroyed over the winter. Jesse & his crew did a great job leveling our dock and adding a section to it. Jesse was very honest, respectful, and responsive when we connected regarding what we needed for our dock. His crew worked extremely hard and made sure our dock was ready on a very short time line. We will hire them again!
Jessie and his crew came the other day and installed our docks for us. They were friendly and polite. We needed our dock put in by a certain time and they did exactly that. We are happy to do business with them and highly recommend. Thanks again Jessie
