I used this service for several months.Allison did a great job cleaning our place but she’s extremely unreliable. She takes several days off for trips, medical issues etc but does not communicate very well and/or is able to compensate for her absence. She decided to stop cleaning for us giving us an extremely short notice. She promised she’d continue to clean till we were able to find a new cleaner, however she was unable to keep her word and when I texted her to come clean she was MIA. Would not recommend. Good professional cleaner who does a great job on bnbs and making sure customer is aware of all issues or potential issues with cleans. Never had any issues that couldn't be resolved with proper communication
We do not recommend this company if you want your home cleaned right This buisness will rip you off and not clean as a professional cleaning service should!! We had no issues cleaning the other room walls ourselves and I was told by an employee that the owner Ashley knew the job was not finished but told her employees that they did not need to finish the laundry room, the rest of the walls, the floors or the ceiling fan and left the screws untightened and blades loose!! Very unprofessional
