I called this guy a couple of months ago to clean my septic tank. He, on a Saturday. He came within an hour and it was then that he told me that all septic service companies were unable to provide septic cleaning services because there were no places to dispose. He charged me $75 for the trip which I would have never had asked him to make had I known it could not be done. He should have mentioned it when I called him. Made a phone call to this company because i needed a plumber and it mentioned plumbing. Jose the man who answered my call was very professionl, patient and helped me fix my plumbing issue over the phone. Its a saturday night and everyone closer to me was overcharging me and couldnt make it out till monday. This man helped me over the phone! I also called this company looking for a plumber an Jose Gomez answered my phone call and also helped me fix my plumbing problem over the phone. He guided me every step of the way until my plumbing issue was fixed. This man was heaven sent . If i could give him more than 5 stars i would. This man is a good, genuine hearted man! Is there a RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR???? DIdn't even use their services to be fair, but just by the way I was treated when I called for information was enough of an insight to what type of service I could expect. The man I spoke to was very rude and didn't ask me what issues I was having, just wanted to know size of tank so he'd know how much to charge me!!! Got irritated when I said I was sure what size it was..
