Rose is the best stylist I've ever had! I've been going to her since 1998 and she's the first person who knew how to cut my naturally curly hair so that it looks great and, just as importantly, so that I can style it easily at home. It's very important to her that her clients leave happy and I can say she nails it every time. I appreciate her honesty (my hair will not look great with every style, lol)! I had a 1 pm appointment and I was there by 12:30 pm. When my time for the appointment came I was told to wait longer because of "long-serving" customer who had come there some minutes to 1 pm. I am not a confrontational person so I just left but that was the last time to go there.
