Always green was professional from the start. They helped me plan and change my plans a couple times and we're very patient with me. The yard looks beautiful. Exactly how I pictured it. I'm so happy and pleased with it. I almost cried when I saw the finished project
EDITED: Still haven’t heard anything. Please reach out. They don't honor the "Warranty" whatsoever. I wish I went with one of my cheaper options, I went with these guys because they had solid reviews. I've called and emailed for literally two plus years about this huge seam in my turf and I'm told they can't help with weeds. I understand that to some degree but weeds don't grow in a straight line like this unless there is a reason (aka seam in turf).
I have had the pleasure of having an install done in my backyard. I am so happy to have the crew on today. Benjamin and the men arrived early, but it probably was on time, and quickly got to business. Benjamin was very professional and informative as to the procedures that would be accomplished. When Cosmo arrived he, too, was professional, informative and patient.
