Bad experience with this company from start to finish I had to consistently tell them what I wanted and to remind them that I was the customer who was paying for the project. They repeatedly told me how it should be done thier way and they ended up doing it the way they wanted and half ass workmanship as well. The bad workmanship ended up putting my wife in the hospital over an uneven concrete pour. They helped with the HOA policies, installation was fast and very professional!
Always green was professional from the start. They helped me plan and change my plans a couple times and we're very patient with me. The yard looks beautiful. Exactly how I pictured it. I'm so happy and pleased with it. I almost cried when I saw the finished project
EDITED: Still haven’t heard anything. Please reach out. They don't honor the "Warranty" whatsoever. I wish I went with one of my cheaper options, I went with these guys because they had solid reviews. I've called and emailed for literally two plus years about this huge seam in my turf and I'm told they can't help with weeds. I understand that to some degree but weeds don't grow in a straight line like this unless there is a reason (aka seam in turf).
