Buyer Beware! Company was great in the beginning, until I filed a warranty claim in November 2024 for the seams showing. Turf was installed December 2023. Lack of communication and dishonesty forced me to file a complaint with the ROC. 10 months later they have done nothing to resolve the issues and did not show up for the meeting with the ROC Inspector today!
Melvin does an amazing job of providing an easy experience and straight forward experience! Getting artificial turf was one of the best decisions we have made! It looks amazing and we love the low maintenance.
