Stay away, was not truthful about yard treatments, saying he showed up when he clearly did not (Ring Camera footage proves it). Then showed up at my house unannounced and harassed me for payment.
First and foremost, they are expensive. You can find less expensive options with companies that have comparable results (Mi Jalisco, Virginia Green, Scotts Lawn Service, etc.). More importantly, they are infuriating to deal with (and I am a very patient teacher). The people (Jeff & employees) are arrogant, they have an attitude of 'trust us, do what we say, don't ask too many questions', but fail to communicate the TOTAL cost of work.
