James, who also happens to be the owner, was incredibly meticulous—he took his time to make sure every detail was perfect. Our carpets looked and smelled amazing afterward. Jeff always does an awesome job.
We set an appointment for carpet cleaning for April 4th at 9PM and the technician never showed up. We called on April 5th and were told that the appointment was not confirmed, but I dispute that. This is the SECOND time we had a no-show from this company. The first time was June of 2021. No call to cancel, just a "miscommunication." This was very costly for me because I had staff on hand and everything was moved out for the cleaning. The owner should know that their staff is dropping appointments and then covering it up.
