So glad we found Always Green Carpet Cleaner of Brooklyn. We got this rug from a friend when they decided to get a new one after spilling something on it. My husband and fur baby definitely made it worse. I tried cleaning it with a home cleaner but all it did was make it wet and rip the fibers. We got it back and it looks 1000 times better. I booked an appointment, the day of the appointment they called and said they are fully booked and can’t come and tried to offer me a day more the triple the time I was waiting to get the appointment in the first place. These are not serious people.
