Although my rug came back beautifully clean which was definitely noticeable, I had mentioned on the phone prior that unfortunately my cat had weed on it and that is the main reason I needed it cleaned as I can smell it. After coming back from the clean the smell has only intensified, at first I thought maybe it needed more time to air but I'm now having to do and enzyme clean on it myself which I was quoted and paid for in the clean. I chose Always Fresh because of their transparency with pricing compared to other carpet cleaning companies, so I wasn't left shocked or surprised on the day. My carpets came up very well. They charged my wife almost $500 for a quote which was quite unsatisfactory. Nothing more than a collection of pictures and a description of what mould is. Would not recommend
